SuperLux Fully certified segregated sustainable Palm Fat Crystals ( based on Palm Stearin) It is a non-hydrogenated, high melting point Palm product, fits the ‘natural’ description demanded by many retailers currently, this product is a certified, segregated sustainable palm product to satisfy the RSPO and Supermarket concerns regarding Palm production, and is offered as an alternative to standard Palm fat crystals (603-53)

SuperLux PSF SS 603-60 Our product remains free flowing at over 50C, and hence performs really well in dry mixing & blending equipment where heat may be generated - without compromising through- put or causing a reduction in production capacity. This fat adds succulence, smoothness, & richness to sauces and marinades ,& crisp bite and crunch to batter systems when it is used.
