Asenzya

Spices and seasonings have been in my family for over 60 years. Originally located on First Street in Milwaukee, Asenzya® primarily serviced the meat industry in the Milwaukee area. The strong European influence in the city afforded us the opportunity to experience many different ethnic varieties of sausages and lunch meats, which gave Asenzya® its foundation in serving meat and sausage companies. As Asenzya® continued to grow, we moved to Oak Creek, Wisconsin in 1970. This new location gave us room to expand our plant processing capacity, research and development, and quality assurance operations. In the 1990s our growth accelerated and we diversified our business to serve the protein, snack food, sauces & gravies, bakery and tortillas, and frozen foods industries.
