For best results, laboratory tests or pre-production trials should determine the optimum addition level. Recommended addition level of process aid additive should range within 5-15 parts additive per 1000 parts in-mold coating by weight. (0.5-1.5 lb additive/100 lbs in-mold coating or 5-15 grm additive/1 Kg in mold-coating).
