MoldWiz® INT-1858 is a processing aid additive and mold release with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin or gel coat eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding, or plating.

MoldWiz® INT-AM150 is an internal lubricant with surfactant properties which is added directly to the aqueous resin solution. The addition of this internal lubricant gives the resin improved wetting properties of the paper or substrate being impregnated, reducing or eliminating voids and dry spots. The internal lubricant will not interfere with adhesion properties between paper laminates. It will function as an excellent release agent causing the laminate to release easily and cleanly from the caul plate without leaving any residue. This product contains no silicone, no wax and no metallic stearates.
