MoldWiz® INT-AM150 is an internal lubricant with surfactant properties which is added directly to the aqueous resin solution. The addition of this internal lubricant gives the resin improved wetting properties of the paper or substrate being impregnated, reducing or eliminating voids and dry spots. The internal lubricant will not interfere with adhesion properties between paper laminates. It will function as an excellent release agent causing the laminate to release easily and cleanly from the caul plate without leaving any residue. This product contains no silicone, no wax and no metallic stearates.

Application Instructions

General: For best results, laboratory tests or pre-production trials should determine the optimum addition level. Use 0.25 - 1.0% process aid additive based on solids of additive to solids of resin solution.
