MoldWiz® INT-33UDS - A process aid additive with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin. Eliminates the need for an external mold release agent. Improves resin flow, improves dispersion of other resin additives (reinforcements, fillers, and pigments), shortens cycle times, reduces temperatures and pressures of molding machines, and reduces or eliminates weld/knit lines. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on physical properties or secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding, or plating.

MoldWiz® INT-937 - A process aid additive with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin or gel coat eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. FRP molds require a surface coating to seal the porosity and maintain the gloss. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. Thermoplastic molded parts will be stress-free and thermoset parts may have improved Barcol hardness. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding, or plating.

MoldWiz® INT-1117LAM - A non-silicone process aid additive for use in all types of rubber processing which eliminates the need for any external release agent minimizing mold and machine cleaning time. Facilitates processing by increasing the flow characteristics and lubricating qualities of the rubber formulation without affecting it’s mechanical properties.
