Cremophor® RH 40 is a nonionic multipurpose solubilizer and emulsifying agent that can be used to solubilize ethereal oils, perfume compositions, vitamins, and hydrophobic active substances in aqueous-alcoholic and purely aqueous solutions. It is composed of hydrogenated castor oil with approximately 40 moles of ethylene oxide. Cremophor® RH 40 appears as a white paste with a faint odor.

Cremophor® RH 60 is a hydrogenated castor oil with approximately 60 mol EO. It is a nonionic multipurpose solubilizer and emulsifying agent that is used to solubilize ethereal oils, perfume compositions, vitamins, and hydrophobic active substances in aqueous-alcoholic and purely aqueous solutions.

Dulcemin® PW BIO LS 9903 is derived from the proteins of sweet almond seed flour. It forms a protective film, hydrating and soothing skin, while repairing hair weakened by bleaching, coloring, or perming. It finds applications in skin care, hair care, face care, and cosmetics.

Lutensol® XL 70 is a 100% active product with very fast dynamics and excellent detergency on oily soils. It has a lower tendency to form a gel compared to longer-chain alcohol ethoxylates due to its fast-acting nature, which is attributed to its superior wetting profile.

Rheovis® FRC is a liquid product with a concentration of approximately 55% (solids). It is an efficient cationic thickening agent for fabric softeners and can be used within a pH range of 3.0 to 7.0. It functions as a thickener and is used as a performance booster. Its application is in laundry and commercial laundry.

Vit-A-Like® PW LS 9898 is an alternative to retinol that has a comparable mechanism of action, equivalent performance, but with improved tolerance and stability. Retinol, a form of vitamin A, is considered as a benchmark for anti-aging products. Retinol, however, can be unstable and difficult to work with and can induce skin irritation, making it incompatible for sensitive skin formulations. In response to these issues, BASF developed Vit-A-Like™.

Plurafac® LF-901 is a nonionic surfactant with low foaming properties. It is made up of predominantly unbranched fatty alcohols that are alkoxylated with both higher alkene oxides and ethylene oxide. This 100% active product provides benefits such as low foaming solutions and wetting capabilities.

Lanette® E Granules is an anionic emulsifier for various O/W skin care emulsions, consisting of a mixture of fatty alcohol sulfates, particularly sodium cetyl stearyl sulfate. It is used in applications such as after sun care, baby care and cleansing, body care, color care, face care, face cleansing, self-tanning, and sun protection.

Lipofructyl™ Cyperus LS 9892 is derived from the oil obtained by cold pressing the dried tubers of Cyperus esculentus or "tigernut". This universal oil is useful in a wide range of skin and hair care products. It improves the shine and ease of combing in hair, and its moisturizing properties give skin comfort and softness.

Lupasol® SK

Lupasol® FG is a polyethylene imine that serves as an adhesion promoter in adhesives, a crosslinker and hardener in epoxy and polyurethane adhesives, and is used for the complexation of heavy metal ions. It can also be used as a primer for improved adhesion of coatings to the substrate, for easier dispersion of pigments and higher color strength, and for the immobilization of proteins on inorganic materials.

Lupasol® G 20 is a water-free polyethylene imine that functions as an adhesion promoter in adhesives, a crosslinker and hardener in epoxy and polyurethane adhesives, and aids in the complexation of heavy metal ions. It is used as a primer for improved adhesion to the substrate for coatings, facilitates the easier dispersion of pigments and provides higher color strength, and enables the immobilization of proteins on inorganic materials.

Lupasol® P is a polyethylene imine that finds use in a variety of applications. It is used as an adhesion promoter in printing inks, adhesives, and car tires; for the complexation of heavy metal ions; in plastics modification; pigment manufacture; and for the immobilization of proteins on inorganic materials. Additionally, Lupasol® P is employed as an antistripping agent, emulsifier, surface modifier, binder, additive, and dispersant.

Lupasol® WF is a highly versatile polyethyleneimine that has found extensive use in several industries. It is commonly used as an adhesion promoter in adhesives and car tires and for the complexation of heavy metal ions. Besides, it is also used in printing ink and plastic modification, as well as pigment manufacture. It can even immobilize proteins in inorganic materials. Other applications of Lupasol® SK include antistripping agents, emulsifiers, surface modifiers, and binders, as well as dispersants. It is also employed as a building block for polycarboxylate ether (PCE).
