Scalposine™ was developed by BASF using an amino acid that is identical to that naturally found in the skin. Urban lifestyles can cause an unhealthy hair and scalp environment (or something similar). That’s why consumers are excited about hair care products that encourage a healthy scalp. Scalposine™ is a new scalp detox solution that reduces scalp oiliness and replenishes beneficial microbiota.

Retinol Primasphere® L2 PF is an anti-aging and anti-wrinkle agent, designed to protect the skin against photo-aging, prevent wrinkles, and promote healthy-looking skin. This bio-based product is safe and effective for use in rinse-off personal care products such as facial cleansers, creams and lotions, serums and oils, and masks.

Plantapon® ACG 50 is a gentle anionic co-surfactant for enhanced body, hair, and oral cleansing applications. It is 100% naturally derived and biodegradable, being made from natural-origin amino acids and vegetable-based fatty acids. Plantapon® ACG 50 is gentle to skin and eyes and has good foaming properties. It is suitable for modern alternative surfactant systems.

Verdessence™ Tara is a 100% plant-based rheology modifier that enables the creation of smooth and shapely textures. It is suitable for verified eco-friendly aqueous and emulsion systems, acting as an effective thickener and texture enhancer. It also brings sustainability to the table with non-GMO sourcing, no preservatives, and a readily biodegradable composition.

BASF Retinol 10 SU is an active ingredient for the cosmetics industry. It counteracts skin aging and improves the appearance of UV-damaged skin. It is soluble in soybean oil and has an assay of approximately 10%. This product is supplied as a yellow oil with crystals at low temperatures.

Eutanol® G 16 S is a slow spreading emollient that can be used in all types of cosmetic products. It is a clear, light-yellow oil with a neutral odor and is composed of ester of guerbet alcohol and fatty acids. This traditional emollient is perfect for modern cosmetic applications and provides a luxurious feel on the skin.

SanSurf® Shea Butter PF is an opaque liquid that is up to 35% shea butter and silicone in a pourable, water-dispersible form. It delivers the skin-softening benefits of shea butter in an easy-to-disperse form, providing long-term moisturizing benefits for soft, hydrated skin. Its nanodispersion from ultra-high shear processing improves texture and ease of formulation.

Pluronic® L 64 is an ethylene oxide and propylene oxide copolymer known for its effectiveness as a dispersant and solubilizer. It offers excellent emulsification for oil-in-water (o/w) stability as well as wetting properties and high-temperature foam control. Pluronic® L 64 is suitable for various formulation types, including capsule suspensions, emulsion concentrates, emulsions (oil and water), microemulsions, suspension concentrates, suspo-emulsions, wettable granules, and oil dispersions. Additionally, it is eligible for use according to OMRI standards.

Glucopon® 215 UP is a short-chain APG sold as a liquid of 63.5% concentration. This mid-chain APG surfactant has moderate hydrotropic ability and high foam, providing good primary cleaning. It is 100% derived from renewable resources and is used as a mild degreaser and foaming/stabilizing surfactant that won't damage even floor finishes. It has excellent gloss retention and plastic compatibility, and contains no biocide for preservation. It is listed on the EPA’s Safer Chemical Ingredients List and is approved for direct release to the environment.

Pluriol® E 8000 Prill finds application in diverse industries due to its excellent performance and reliability.

Pluriol® E 1000 LS is a 100% polyethylene glycol with a molecular weight of 1,000. It is commonly used as a thickening agent, suspending agent, and binder. When esterified with fatty acids, it can also function as an emulsifying agent.

Pluriol® E 8000 E is a highly versatile 100% polyethylene glycol with a molecular weight of 8,000. This compound serves as an excellent binder and offers various functions in different applications, including its use as a thickener, lubricant, defoaming agent, and dispersant.

Pluriol® E 600 LS is a polyethylene glycol of molecular weight 600. It can have the consistancy of a milky white liquid or a semi-solid depending on the ambiant temperature. Pluriol® E 600 LS is heat stable and hygroscopic with a low vapor pressure.

Pluriol® E 300 LS is a nonionic surfactant composed of polyethylene glycol with a molecular weight of 300. It has low toxicity and a low salt content. This product is known for its ability to improve freeze-thaw stability and act as a good solubilizer. It finds application in foam control, where it helps reduce and control foam formation.

Pluriol® E 3350 PRILL is a widely used non-ionic surfactant. It is composed of polypropylene glycol and has a molecular weight of 3350. It exhibits low toxicity, and hence, it is commonly employed in different applications due to its beneficial properties.
