Lutensol® AO 3 is a nonionic surfactant that is approximately 100% active. It is derived from C13C15 oxo alcohol with 3 moles of ethylene oxide, consisting of approximately 67% C13 and 33% C15. This high-performance surfactant exhibits low toxicity and offers excellent emulsification, dispersion, wetting, and compatibilizing properties.

Lutensol® XP 70 is a 100% active product suitable for machine and manual floor cleaning as a low-foaming degreasing agent. It is readily biodegradable, has a lower tendency to form gel compared to longer-chain alcohol ethoxylates, and is listed on Safer Choice. The final surfactant choice, however, would be formulation-dependent.

Lutensol® AO 7 is a nonionic surfactant, approximately 100% active, that is based on C13C15 oxo alcohol with 7 moles of ethylene oxide that consists of ca. 67% C13 and ca. 33% C15. It is a high-performance surfactant with low toxicity. It also offers great emulsification, dispersion, wetting, and compatibilizing properties.

Klearfac® AA 270, a biodegradable anionic phosphate ester surfactant, is highly stable in caustic environments and will not discolor upon direct contact with NaOH beads. While a defoamer may be necessary, it serves as an exceptional emulsifier and effective solubilizing agent for nonionics in high electrolyte solutions.

Lutensol® TO 7 is a nonionic surfactant with an approximate 100% active ingredient content based on a saturated iso-C13 alcohol ethoxylated with 7 moles of ethylene oxide. Texapon® 842 UP is a highly effective hydrotrope, available as a 40% liquid. It is up to 8 times more efficient than SXS in some systems and has moderate foam that dissipates quickly. It is listed on the Safer Choice list.

Plurafac® D 250 is a non-ionic emulsifier that is suitable for oily soils, with a cloud point of 59°C and moderate foaming properties. It belongs to the EO/PO alcohol surfactant category and functions as a good non-ionic emulsifier for oily soils.

Lutensol® AT 25 Flakes is a fatty alcohol ethoxylate based on C16C18 and serves as a viscosity enhancer. Lutensol® XP 40 is a nonionic surfactant manufactured by causing a C10-alcohol to react with ethylene oxide in stoichiometric proportions. It is a cloudy liquid at room temperature and tends to form sediment. The numeric code in the product name indicates the general degree of ethoxylation.

Lutensol® LA 60 is a low-foaming solubilizer and penetrating agent that can also act as a co-solvent or co-surfactant. It is commonly used for its detergency in various cleaning formulations and is useful for wetting, dispersing, emulsifying, and providing detergency.

Lutensol® ON 30 is a nonionic surfactant and 100% active alkyl polyethylene glycol ether made from a saturated synthetic short-chain fatty alcohol with approximately 3 moles of ethylene oxide. It is a high-performance surfactant with low toxicity and great emulsification, dispersion, wetting, and compatibilizing properties.

Lutensol® AO 5 is a nonionic surfactant, approximately 100% active, that is based on C13C15 oxo alcohol with 5 moles of ethylene oxide and consists of ca. 67% C13 and ca. 33% C15. Lutensol® AT 25 Powder is a C16C18 fatty alcohol ethoxylate that functions as a viscosity enhancer, allowing dispersions to exhibit high mechanical and electrolyte stability as well as a small particle size. It serves as an emulsifying agent and can be used as an additive, dispersant, or co-surfactant.

Lutensol® TO 12 is a type of C13 oxoalcohol ethoxylate with low toxicity that functions as a wetting agent. It has emulsifying properties and can effectively emulsify different types of oils and water, including paraffinic, naphthenic, aromatic, triglycerides, silicone, and resins. Plurafac® SL 62 is a moderately low-foaming surfactant with a cloud point of 62°C. It is suitable for high-temperature cleaning applications above 60°C, especially in food and beverage processing and industrial cleaning, offering cleaning with low foam as a significant benefit.

Lutensol® CS 6250 is a clear, colorless liquid with 100% activity that is a good solubilizer, penetrating agent, and low-foaming agent. It acts as a co-solvent or co-surfactant with a cloud point greater than 100 °C. It is a petroleum-based, non-ionic surfactant, and Lutensol® AO 7 is the main component in this category.

Lutensol® XL 89 is an efficient and easy-to-handle wetting agent with a C10 guerbet alcohol alkoxylate POE (8) composition and 80% active content. It is synthetically derived and readily degradable. This product can provide improved performance compared to NP-9 in various in-can and tank mix applications. Lutensol® XL 89 is suitable for a wide range of formulation types, including emulsifier concentrates, oil-in-water and water-in-oil emulsions, microemulsions, suspension concentrates, suspo-emulsions, soluble liquids, wettable granules, and wettable powders.

Lutensol® TDA 9 is a versatile non-ionic surfactant that serves as a workhorse for laundry applications. Its hydrophobe is derived from a natural fatty alcohol, and it is available as approximately 100% active. The cloud point of this surfactant is 60°C. It offers excellent rapid wetting properties, relatively low foaming levels, and good detergency. In addition, it has the ability to function as an emulsifier, dispersant, and solubilizer.
