Dehymuls® CO 7 is a water-in-oil (W/O) emulsifier that is suitable for a wide range of water-in-oil skin care emulsions. It is a viscous liquid composed of ethoxylated hydrogenated castor oil, and can be used for various applications such as after sun, baby care and cleansing, body care, face care, personal care wipes, self tanning, and sun protection.

Cegesoft® PFO is an emollient from the passionflower seeds. This product gives a pleasant and silky feeling comparable to that of evening primrose oil. Its slow spreading behavior gives it a long-term skin feeling. This product has a high content of linoleic acid, or omega-6, an essential fatty acid. It is a pale, yellow oil that is almost odorless.

It is soluble in polysorbate 20 and has an assay of approximately 50%. This product has a stabilizer system of BHT and BHA.

Plantapon® AF is a surfactant composition blend that is ideal for use in the preparation of bath and shower oils, as well as water-free body cleansing products. Euperlan® PK 3000 OK is a pearl shine concentrate. It is a pumpable dispersion of pearlizing agents and amphoteric surfactants. This product is used in surfactant preparations. EUPERLAN® PK 3000 OK finds application in baby care and cleansing, face cleansing, liquid soaps, shampoos, and shower/bath products.

In combination with Lameform® TGI and/or Monomuls® 90-O 18, W/O creams can be formulated that contain greater fractions of high molecular oils, e.g., vegetable oils. It is a yellow, turbid, opaque, and viscous liquid with a slightly fatty characteristic odor. Dehymuls® PGPH is flexible in use with ethanol and emollients, independent of emollients, and cold-processable.

Vit-A-Like® PW LS 9898 is an alternative to retinol that has a comparable mechanism of action, equivalent performance, but with improved tolerance and stability. Retinol, a form of vitamin A, is considered as a benchmark for anti-aging products. Retinol, however, can be unstable and difficult to work with and can induce skin irritation, making it incompatible for sensitive skin formulations. In response to these issues, BASF developed Vit-A-Like™.

Plantapon® LC 7 is an anionic surfactant that is suitable for use in a range of personal care cleansing products, including mild shampoos, shower and bath preparations, facial washes, and cleansing wipes. It is particularly well-suited for use in formulations intended for skin care and hair care.

Dehyquart® A CA is a cationic surfactant commonly used as a conditioning agent in hair conditioning creams and emulsions. It appears as a clear liquid with characteristic inherent odor and is used as a hair conditioner and for hair coloring and shampooing.

BASF HD-Eutanol V is a medium-spreading emollient suitable for all cosmetic applications. It is supplied as a clear, slightly yellowish, almost odorless weak oil. Its applications include skin care, cleanser, sun care, mother and baby products, hair care, shampoo and conditioner, hair color, bath and body products, men's skin care, antiperspirants and deodorants, face care, and self-tanning.

Lanette® 18 is a hydrophilic waxy substance that is derived from stearyl alcohol and is used to regulate the viscosity in oil-in-water emulsions. It comes in the form of white to light yellowish pellets or flakes, and is beneficial for both skin care and hair and scalp care products.

Luviset® 360 is a new styling polymer that provides exceptional textures and a strong yet flexible hold. The product offers long-lasting hold even in high humidity and requires less carbomer thickener for the desired viscosity, thanks to its self-thickening capability.

Proteasyl® PW PSE LS 8951 is a natural polypeptidic ingredient that helps to enhance skin elasticity.
