Lutensol® AO 11 is a nonionic surfactant that is approximately 100% active. It is derived from C13C15 oxo alcohol with 11 moles of ethylene oxide, consisting of approximately 67% C13 and 33% C15. This high-performance surfactant exhibits low toxicity and offers excellent emulsification, dispersion, wetting, and compatibilizing properties.

Plurafac® D 250 is a non-ionic emulsifier that is suitable for oily soils, with a cloud point of 59°C and moderate foaming properties. It belongs to the EO/PO alcohol surfactant category and functions as a good non-ionic emulsifier for oily soils.

Plurafac® SL 62 is a moderately low-foaming surfactant with a cloud point of 62°C. It is suitable for high-temperature cleaning applications above 60°C, especially in food and beverage processing and industrial cleaning, offering cleaning with low foam as a significant benefit.

Pluronic® F 88 PRILL is a versatile difunctional block copolymer surfactant that terminates in primary hydroxyl groups. Pluriol® E 1000 LS is a 100% polyethylene glycol with a molecular weight of 1,000. It is commonly used as a thickening agent, suspending agent, and binder. When esterified with fatty acids, it can also function as an emulsifying agent.

Lutensol® XP 79 is capable of producing very high initial foam, making it ideal for institutional cleaning and sanitation. It is available in both 85% active product and 85% aqueous solution forms. In solid form, it is slightly yellow, while in liquid form, it is slightly pasty. The product contains no preservatives and is recommended for use with Glucopon® surfactants to synergistically reduce skin irritation in food service and kitchen hygiene applications.

Pluronic® L 31 is a difunctional block copolymer surfactant that terminates in primary hydroxyl groups. It is a nonionic surfactant that is 100% active and relatively nontoxic. Lutensol® TDA 8 is an ethoxylated tridecyl alcohol POE (8). Lutensol® AO 5 is a nonionic surfactant, approximately 100% active, that is based on C13C15 oxo alcohol with 5 moles of ethylene oxide and consists of ca. 67% C13 and ca. 33% C15. It is a high-performance surfactant with low toxicity. Lutensol® AO 5 offers great emulsification, dispersion, wetting, and compatibilizing properties.

Pluronic® L 121 is a specialized ethylene oxide and propylene oxide copolymer with a low hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB). It is a medium-molecular-weight emulsifier with a 10% ethylene oxide content, 100% active composition, and a molecular weight of 4400. Pluronic® L 121 is particularly suitable for formulating low-foaming water-in-oil (w/o) emulsions. It provides excellent emulsion stability and wetting properties.

Tetronic® 1301 is a tetrafunctional block copolymer surfactant terminating in the primary groups. A nonionic surfactant that is 100% active and relatively nontoxic. It provides great emulsification, wetting, and defoaming properties. Tetronic® 1301 is used for the following formulation types: emulsifier concentrates, microemulsions, suspension concentrates, suspo-emulsions, soluble liquids, wettable powders, and oil dispersions.

Lutensol® XP 90 is a 100% active nonionic surfactant that enhances the wetting and degreasing power of foam cleaners. With its fast dynamics and excellent detergency on oily soils, it finds application in various fields, including dishwashing, laundry, hard surface cleaning, food and beverage processing, food service and kitchen hygiene, commercial and institutional laundry, and industrial cleaning.

Lutensol® XL 50 is a 100% active product with a comparatively lower level of residual alcohol than regular alcohol ethoxylates with the same degree of ethoxylation. It is suitable for use as a foam control and degreasing agent in machine floor cleaning.

Lutensol® XL 80 is a 100% active product. It has very fast dynamics and excellent detergency on oily soils. Even when used at low levels, it can boost the degreasing power of the detergent without reducing the foam. It has a lower tendency to form gel compared to longer-chain alcohol ethoxylates.

Lutensol® CS 6250 is a clear, colorless liquid with 100% activity that is a good solubilizer, penetrating agent, and low-foaming agent. It acts as a co-solvent or co-surfactant with a cloud point greater than 100 °C. It is a petroleum-based, non-ionic surfactant, and Lutensol® AO 7 is the main component in this category.

This product is suitable for various formulation types, including emulsifier concentrates, oil-in-water and water-in-oil emulsions, microemulsions, suspension concentrates, suspo-emulsions, soluble liquids, and wettable powders.

Lutensol® AO 8 is a nonionic surfactant with approximately 100% activity, based on C13C15 oxo alcohol with 8 moles of ethylene oxide and consisting of about 67% C13 and 33% C15. It is a high-performance surfactant with low toxicity, providing excellent emulsification, dispersion, wetting, and compatibilizing properties.

Lutensol® XP 80 is a 100% active product with very fast wetting and effective cleaning. It is readily biodegradable and has a lower tendency to form gels compared to longer-chain alcohol ethoxylates. Additionally, it is listed on the EPA’s Safer Chemical Ingredients List. The final surfactant choice would be formulation-dependent.

Lutensol® XL 70 is a 100% active product with very fast dynamics and excellent detergency on oily soils. It has a lower tendency to form a gel compared to longer-chain alcohol ethoxylates due to its fast-acting nature, which is attributed to its superior wetting profile.

Lutensol® TDA 3 is an ethoxylated tridecyl alcohol POE (3). It is a good emulsifier with good wetting, dispersing, and solubilizing properties and relatively low foaming. It has a wide range of applications, including its use in emulsifier concentrates, emulsions (oil and water), microemulsions, suspension concentrates, suspo-emulsions, soluble liquids, and wettable powders.

Tetronic® 1107 PRILL is an amine-based tetrafunctional block copolymer surfactant terminating in primary hydroxyl groups. It is an emulsifier and a great foaming agent. Tetronic® 1107 PRILL is used for the following formulation types: emulsifier concentrates, emulsions (oil and water), suspension concentrates, suspo-emulsions, and oil dispersions.

Lutensol® XL 40 is available as a 100% active product and is suitable for machine floor cleaning as a foam controlling and degreasing agent. The level of residual alcohol is comparatively very low when compared to regular alcohol ethoxylates with the same degree of ethoxylation. It has a HLB value of 10.5 and is listed on the Safer Choice label. The final surfactant choice will be dependent on the formulation.

Tetronic® 904 is a tetrafunctional block copolymer surfactant with terminal primary hydroxyl groups. As a nonionic surfactant, it is 100% active and relatively nontoxic. Tetronic® 904 offers a range of beneficial properties, including wetting, emulsification, and foaming. Pluronic® P 105 is a block copolymer surfactant composed of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. It contains 50% ethylene oxide and has a molecular weight of 6500. This surfactant is 100% active and offers a range of functions in various applications.

Pluronic® L 61 is a 100% active product and suitable for low-temperature commercial dishwashing machines. It is a low-foaming surfactant that provides good defoaming and wetting. In addition to its use in dishwashing machines, it is also suitable for machine floor cleaning as a foam controlling agent.

Pluronic® F 127 PRILL is a highly versatile EO/PO block copolymer surfactant with an 80% EO (ethylene oxide) content. With a molecular weight of 8400, it is a difunctional surfactant that terminates in primary hydroxyl groups. This nonionic surfactant is 100% active and has a relatively low toxicity profile.
