Lutensol® TO 8 is a high-performance nonionic surfactant with approximately 100% active content. It is derived from a saturated iso-C13 alcohol and contains 8 moles of ethylene oxide. Lutensol® AO 11 is a nonionic surfactant that is approximately 100% active. It is derived from C13C15 oxo alcohol with 11 moles of ethylene oxide, consisting of approximately 67% C13 and 33% C15. This high-performance surfactant exhibits low toxicity and offers excellent emulsification, dispersion, wetting, and compatibilizing properties.

Plurafac® D 250 is a non-ionic emulsifier that is suitable for oily soils, with a cloud point of 59°C and moderate foaming properties. It belongs to the EO/PO alcohol surfactant category and functions as a good non-ionic emulsifier for oily soils.

Plurafac® LF 500 is a low-foaming nonionic surfactant that provides excellent foam control for Glucopon® surfactant and Deriphat® 160 C. It is mainly used for its wetting, low-foaming, or even defoaming properties. Plurafac® LF 500 finds applications in various industries, such as food and beverage processing, food service and kitchen hygiene, commercial laundry, institutional cleaning and sanitation, and industrial cleaning.

Plurafac® SL 62 is a moderately low-foaming surfactant with a cloud point of 62°C. It is suitable for high-temperature cleaning applications above 60°C, especially in food and beverage processing and industrial cleaning, offering cleaning with low foam as a significant benefit.

Pluronic® F 88 PRILL is a versatile difunctional block copolymer surfactant that terminates in primary hydroxyl groups. It is a nonionic surfactant known for its 100% active composition and low toxicity. Pluronic® F 88 PRILL exhibits excellent foaming properties and acts as an effective associative thickener.

Lutensol® XP 79 is capable of producing very high initial foam, making it ideal for institutional cleaning and sanitation. It is available in both 85% active product and 85% aqueous solution forms. In solid form, it is slightly yellow, while in liquid form, it is slightly pasty. The product contains no preservatives and is recommended for use with Glucopon® surfactants to synergistically reduce skin irritation in food service and kitchen hygiene applications.

Lutensol® ON 60 is a nonionic surfactant and 100% active alkyl polyethylene glycol ether made from a saturated synthetic short-chain fatty alcohol with approximately 6 moles of ethylene oxide. It is a high-performance surfactant with low toxicity and great emulsification, dispersion, wetting, and compatibilizing properties. Lutensol® ON 60 has a wide range of applications, including its use in emulsifier concentrates, emulsions (oil and water), suspension concentrates, microemulsions, oil dispersions, and suspo-emulsions.

Pluronic® L 31 is a difunctional block copolymer surfactant that terminates in primary hydroxyl groups. It is a nonionic surfactant that is 100% active and relatively nontoxic. Pluronic® L 31 is known for its excellent water-in-oil (w/o) emulsification and defoaming properties, making it a valuable ingredient in various formulations.

Lutensol® ON 30 is a nonionic surfactant and 100% active alkyl polyethylene glycol ether made from a saturated synthetic short-chain fatty alcohol with approximately 3 moles of ethylene oxide. It is a high-performance surfactant with low toxicity and great emulsification, dispersion, wetting, and compatibilizing properties.

Lutensol® TDA 8 is an ethoxylated tridecyl alcohol POE (8). It functions as an excellent wetting agent with good o/w emulsification, dispersing, and solubilizing properties, and it has relatively low foaming. It is used in various formulation types, including emulsifier concentrates, emulsions (oil and water), microemulsions, suspension concentrates, suspo-emulsions, soluble liquids, and wettable powders.

Lutensol® AO 5 is a nonionic surfactant, approximately 100% active, that is based on C13C15 oxo alcohol with 5 moles of ethylene oxide and consists of ca. 67% C13 and ca. 33% C15. It is a high-performance surfactant with low toxicity. Lutensol® AO 5 offers great emulsification, dispersion, wetting, and compatibilizing properties.

Pluronic® 10R5 is a highly versatile difunctional block copolymer surfactant with terminal secondary hydroxyl groups. Pluronic® L 121 is a specialized ethylene oxide and propylene oxide copolymer with a low hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB). It is a medium-molecular-weight emulsifier with a 10% ethylene oxide content, 100% active composition, and a molecular weight of 4400. Pluronic® L 121 is particularly suitable for formulating low-foaming water-in-oil (w/o) emulsions. It provides excellent emulsion stability and wetting properties.

Pluronic® 25R2 is a 100% active product suitable for use in low-temperature commercial dishwashing machines. It provides good defoaming and wetting properties and is heavily used in the industry as a rinse aid for low-temperature commercial dish machines. It is also suitable for machine floor cleaning as a foam controlling agent.

Lutensol® XL 50 is a 100% active product with a comparatively lower level of residual alcohol than regular alcohol ethoxylates with the same degree of ethoxylation. It is suitable for use as a foam control and degreasing agent in machine floor cleaning.

Lutensol® XL 80 is a 100% active product. It has very fast dynamics and excellent detergency on oily soils. Even when used at low levels, it can boost the degreasing power of the detergent without reducing the foam. It has a lower tendency to form gel compared to longer-chain alcohol ethoxylates.

Lutensol® CS 6250 is a clear, colorless liquid with 100% activity that is a good solubilizer, penetrating agent, and low-foaming agent. Lutensol® XP 80 is a 100% active product with very fast wetting and effective cleaning. It is readily biodegradable and has a lower tendency to form gels compared to longer-chain alcohol ethoxylates. Additionally, it is listed on the EPA’s Safer Chemical Ingredients List. The final surfactant choice would be formulation-dependent.

Lutensol® XL 70 is a 100% active product with very fast dynamics and excellent detergency on oily soils. It has a lower tendency to form a gel compared to longer-chain alcohol ethoxylates due to its fast-acting nature, which is attributed to its superior wetting profile.
