Kolliphor® ELP is a white to yellowish paste or cloudy liquid. It is a non-ionic solubilizer made by reacting castor oil with ethylene oxide in a molar ratio of 1:35. This is followed by a purification process. Kolliphor® ELP forms clear solutions in water and also dissolves in a wide range of organic solvents, such as ethanol, n-propanol, isopropanol, ethyl acetate, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, trichloroethylene, toluene and xylene.

Ciste'M BC10023™ is an extract of rockrose adapted to an arid climate. It protects skin from the aging effects of outdoor sun exposure, air pollutants, and indoor exposure to blue light. Skin aging is driven by several complex factors, including damage from light. Blue light radiating from cell phones or computers or UVB radiation from the sun can deeply penetrate the skin and damage the dermis.

Kollidon® SR is a mixture of 80% of polyvinyl acetate and 19% povidone (Kollidon® 30) in a physical mixture. Approximately 0.8% of sodium lauryl sulfate and about 0.2% of silica are used as stabilizers. It is supplied as slightly yellowish, free-flowing powder. Kollidon® SR Polymer is insoluble in water and very soluble in N-methylpyrrolidone.

Propionic acid is a water-soluble organic acid serving a range of applications. Propionic Acid Pure is used as a versatile preservative in food or feed industry. For bakery products it preserves as a proprionate. In animal feed applications, propionic acid preserves compound feed, grain or corn while reducing mold or yeast. In silage applications it improves fermentation. It also serves as a synthetic building block to produce pharmaceuticals, crop protection agents and solvents, as well as thermoplastics.

Kollicoat® MAE 100-55 is a white redispersible powder with a faint characteristic odor. The product contains 0.7% sodium lauryl sulfate (USP) and 2.3% Polysorbate 80 (Ph. Eur.) as emulsifying agents. The fatty acids used in the manufacture of Polysorbate 80 are of vegetable origin. Kollicoat® MAE 100-55 is a weakly acidic copolymer that dissolves at a pH above 5.5. Kollicoat® MAE 100-55 dissolves in methanol and ethanol to yield clear to slightly cloudy solutions. It is also soluble in dilute alkaline solutions.

Kollicoat® Smartseal 30 D is insoluble in water (neutral pH) and dissolves quickly under protonation at pH-values of 5.5 and below due to the defined number of basic functional groups. It is a co-polymer comprising methyl methacrylate (MMA) and diethylaminoehtylmethacrylate (DEAEMA) in the ratio 6:4. Kollicoat Smartseal 30 D is an aqueous polymer dispersion (latex) with a faint characteristic odor. It contains approx. 0.6 % macrogol cetostearylether 20 and approx. 0.8% sodium laurylsulfate.

Kolliphor® HS15 is a yellowish white paste at room temperature that becomes a liquid at approximately 30°C. It dissolves in water, ethanol and 2-propanol to form clear solutions. Its solubility in water decreases with increasing temperatures. It is insoluble in liquid paraffin.

Radianskin® PW LS 9918 is derived from hydroxyphenoxy propionic acid and is available in a powder form. It is suitable for use in vegan products and is free of preservatives. This ingredient is commonly used in skin care applications. Radianskin® PW LS 9918 is a brightening agent that offers a range of benefits. Kollidon® CL Crosslinked Polymer is supplied as fine white or almost white powder. It has a slight characteristic odor and is practically tasteless. It is insoluble in all of the usual solvents.

Kollicoat® Smartseal 100 P is a spray dried powder of a methyl methacrylate (MMA)and diethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DEAEMA) copolymer. The molar ratio of the monomers MMA and DEAEMA in the copolymer is 7:3. The powder contains approx. 2% macrogol cetostearyl ether and approx. 2.5% sodium lauryl sulfate. BASF Vitamin A-Palmitate Care (1.0 BHT) is stabilized with BHT and is an active ingredient suitable as an antioxidant for cosmetic oils, emulsions, and other preparations.
