Luviset® PUR is a hair setting polymer for low-VOC 55 hair sprays. This product is a clear to slightly turbid liquid. Due to its low viscosity, it is especially suitable for hair sprays with a high water content (VOC 55).

Omega-3-acid triglycerides (CN 600 TG) is a pale-yellow liquid comprised of a minimum of 30 per cent eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and a minimum of 20 per cent docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) presented as triglycerides (Ph. Eur. 1352 current ed.). The content of EPA and DHA triglycerides is a minimum 50 per cent and the content of total omega-3-acid triglycerides is a minimum 60 per cent. Tocopherol is added as an antioxidant. CN 600 TG is a concentrated and purified fish oil made from body oil of wild fatty fish. Alpha-tocopherol is added as antioxidant. No other additives. CN 600 TG is intended for use as an ingredient in finished formulations intended for parenteral use, for the supply of omega-3 fatty acids and energy when prescribed by a physician.

Pluronic® L 81 is a low-foaming surfactant that is 100% active and suitable for use in low-temperature commercial dishwashing machines. It provides good defoaming and wetting properties, making it suitable for use in food service and kitchen hygiene applications. The product is listed on Safer Choice. Pluronic® L 81 is commonly used in automatic dishwashing and bottle wash applications.

Pluriol® E 4000 PRILL is a polyethylene glycol with a molecular weight of 4000. It is a versatile product that can be used as a thickener, lubricant, defoaming agent, dispersant, and binder. Its function as a binder makes it suitable for various applications where binding properties are desired.

Luviquat® FC 550 is a water-based quaternary compound comprising 40% polyquaternium-16, known for its strong conditioning ability and compatibility with anionic components. It is used as a substantive cationic compound in hair and skin care preparations, primarily for conditioning and styling purposes.

Rheovis® TTA is a liquid product with a 30% concentration of solids. It is an anionic, high shear thinning, associative rheology modifier with an optimal pH range of 6-11. This shear thinning thickener can be used to formulate no-drip hard surface cleaners, such as a glass cleaner.

Linked-Papain™ C-MPB is a stabilized papain for better exfoliation efficacy. By crosslinking papain to a polymer, the stability of the enzyme is increased, allowing for better exfoliation of the skin. Linked-Papain™ is positioned for products, providing smoother skin, increased luminosity, and softer skin.

BASF Caffeine Powder is an active ingredient with various functions, such as the widening of small blood vessels in the skin. It is therefore suitable for skin and hair care applications. This product has potent antioxidant properties and helps protect cells against UV radiation.

Lutensol® AT 25 Flakes is a fatty alcohol ethoxylate based on C16C18 and serves as a viscosity enhancer. It is particularly useful in dispersing systems as it promotes high mechanical and electrolyte stability as well as a small particle size. It functions as an emulsifying agent and can be used as a co-surfactant and dispersant.

Pluriol® E 1450 PRILL is a 100% polyethylene glycol with a molecular weight of 1450. It has low toxicity and can be used for various purposes, such as a thickener, lubricant, defoaming agent, and dispersant. It also functions as a binder. Additionally, it is classified as a nonionic surfactant.

Lipofructyl® Argan BE LS 9779 is made from one of the traditional beauty secrets of Moroccan women, argan oil. Cegesoft® Peel is a spherically shaped wax bead that provides a gentle and mild exfoliation. Mainly derived from natural and renewable resources, Cegesoft® Peel is a readily biodegradable and environmentally friendly alternative to non-degradable beads and sharp-edged abrasives. It is suitable for vegan and biodegradable rinse-off formulation concepts.

Phytosoothe® LS 9766 helps to protect the skin barrier, which is essential for the body's defense against the environment. The stratum corneum's lipids and structural elements create a physical barrier, while microorganisms on the skin surface and deeper layers form the microbiotic barrier, which defends against pathogens. However, both barriers are vulnerable to damage from environmental factors. Phytosoothe® LS 9766 accelerates the skin's natural recovery after impairment, supporting a healthy microflora, increasing hydration, and reducing trans-epidermal water loss.

Plantacare® 818 UP is a mild, non-ionic surfactant that is suitable for use as a base surfactant or co-surfactant in cosmetic cleansing preparations. It is a cloudy, viscous aqueous solution of a C8-C16 fatty alcohol glycoside. Applications include skin care, hair care, and oral care.

Tetronic® 908 PRILL is a tetrafunctional block copolymer surfactant with terminal primary hydroxyl groups. This nonionic surfactant is 100% active and relatively nontoxic. It offers excellent foaming properties. Tetronic® 908 PRILL finds application in various formulation types, including emulsifier concentrates, microemulsions, suspension concentrates, suspo-emulsions, soluble liquids, wettable powders, and oil dispersions.

Trilon® C Liquid 50% is a clear, amber, aqueous solution of pentasodium diethylenetriaminepentaacetate (Na5DTPA) that is effective in systems where the chelating agent must compete with other complexing materials and be compatible with concentrated electrolytes. It is used to soften water and remove traces of alkaline earth and heavy metals.

Dehyquart® L 80 T is a conditioning agent that is suitable for all kinds of hair care products such as shampoos and conditioners, as well as skin care cleansers and face care products, and pet care products, subject to quantity restrictions.

Lutropur® MSA is a high-purity, readily biodegradable, and less corrosive strong acid with a low vapor pressure and a high dissolving capacity on many scales. Lutropur® MSA has synergy with certain acids and also with Trilon® M (a chelating agent) on many scales. It is an excellent product for removing dye or pigment-type soils. Additionally, it is listed on the EPA’s Safer Chemical Ingredients List.

Cegesoft® C 24 is an emollient with medium spreadability suitable for a variety of skincare applications. It has a mean polarity with a mean molecular weight. Its applications include skin care, cleanser, sun care, hair care, hair color, bath and body products, personal care, men's body care, antiperspirants, and deodorants, face care, and self-tanning.

Lanette® SX is a cream base for cosmetic oil-in-water emulsions used for skin and hair care. It is self-emulsifying and anionic in nature, and is an alternative to stearate-based cream bases. It is composed of a mixture of cetylstearyl alcohol and an anionic emulsifier, and appears as white pellets with a faint intrinsic odor.

Emulgade® CM is a liquid emulsion concentration for the preparation of creams and lotions. This product is especially suitable for wet wipes. It is easy to handle and is suitable for simple cold processing to achieve low- to medium-viscous O/W emulsions.

Hydagen® Cat is a colorless, practically odorless liquid composed of Triethyl citrate, an active ingredient used in personal care products such as deodorants, antiperspirants, and personal care wipes. It has excellent deodorant properties and is supplied as an oily liquid.

Cosmedia® A 91 is a thickening, stabilizing, and easy-to-use emulsifying polymer and rheology modifier. Its nice sensorial profile possesses gelling, spreading, moisturizing, stabilizing, softening, and opacifying properties. It is used in cosmetic bases, hand and body lotions, suntan lotions, foundations, and makeup removers.

Dehymuls® E is a mixture of higher molecular fatty acid esters, fatty acid salts, and oil binding additives. It is a W/O cream base suitable for various W/O skin care emulsions. It is supplied as yellowish, wax-like pellets with an inherent odor.

Eumulgin® CO 40 is a PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil used as a nonionic O/W emulsifier and/or solubilizer for the production of aqueous cosmetic preparations, such as solubilisates and tonics. This product is particularly useful for hair and scalp care formulations.

Cosmedia® Ultragel 300 is a cationic polymer for rheology control that is ideal for crystal-clear formulations. It is also a preferred thickener for creams and lotions due to its excellent spreading properties and superior non-tacky, rich feel. This product is ideally used in hair conditioners, hand sanitizers, skin care, sun care, and bronzing applications.

Nephydrat™ BC10061 is an extract of rambutan peel that helps to moisturize the skin, increase skin elasticity, and reduce wrinkle appearance to make the skin look visibly younger. BASF initiated the exploration of the rambutan (Nephelium lappaceum) tree’s various cosmetic properties with the ambition to ensure the sustainable use of the resource and generate a positive impact on the supply chain's development.

Kolliphor® ELP is a white to yellowish paste or cloudy liquid. It is a non-ionic solubilizer made by reacting castor oil with ethylene oxide in a molar ratio of 1:35. This is followed by a purification process. Kolliphor® ELP forms clear solutions in water and also dissolves in a wide range of organic solvents, such as ethanol, n-propanol, isopropanol, ethyl acetate, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, trichloroethylene, toluene and xylene.

Deriphat® 160 C is an amphoteric surfactant for cleaners sold as a 30% liquid with very good foaming power in both hard and soft water. It is stable over a broad pH range, allowing it to be used in both acidic and alkaline formulations. DERIPHAT® 160 C can be combined with cationic surfactants, which are often used as bactericides for disinfectants. Additionally, it is a strong hydrotrope with excellent water solubility over a broad pH range, even when high electrolyte concentrations are present. DERIPHAT® 160 C is also compatible with other common nonionic, anionic and cationic surfactants, although it is insoluble in water in the pH range of 2.4 to 4.2. It is also listed on the EPA’s Safer Chemical Ingredients List.

Pluronic® 25R2 is a 100% active product suitable for use in low-temperature commercial dishwashing machines. It provides good defoaming and wetting properties and is heavily used in the industry as a rinse aid for low-temperature commercial dish machines. It is also suitable for machine floor cleaning as a foam controlling agent.

Pluriol® E 8000 Flakes are polyethylene glycol flakes with a molecular weight of 8000. These versatile flakes offer multiple functions and benefits in various applications. They can be used as a surface modifier, lubricant, hydrophobic/hydrophilic modifier, sizing agent for glass and textile fibers, and electroplating additive for polarization.

Cegesoft® PS 6 is a slow-spreading emollient that gives a luxurious, long-lasting feel on the skin. Its spreading properties are similar to those of paraffin oil and it is based on a special canola oil high in erucic acid and with a high content of oleic (omega-9) and linoleic (omega-6) acid. It is a clear, slightly yellow, and odorless oil.

Pluronic® L 61 is a 100% active product and suitable for low-temperature commercial dishwashing machines. It is a low-foaming surfactant that provides good defoaming and wetting. In addition to its use in dishwashing machines, it is also suitable for machine floor cleaning as a foam controlling agent.

Cetiol® SoftFeel is the newest soft-solid emollient developed by BASF Care Creations®. It is made from 100% renewable ingredients and is 100% naturally derived, according to ISO 16128. The versatile ingredient helps to moisturize and leave a soft feeling on the skin. For hair care applications, Cetiol® SoftFeel helps improve the wet and dry combability. It gently manages the frizz of curly hair without weighing it down and offers nourishment to damaged, coily hair. It can also act as a clean alternative to petroleum-based petrolatum, as the ingredients have very similar sensory and occlusivity properties. Cetiol® SoftFeel is applicable in a variety of beauty and personal care applications.

Dehyquart CSP is a biodegradable cationic surfactant, ideal for vehicle polish, shine, and protection in wax-type formulations. It provides a quick and easy drying effect that can be easily observed in wind tunnel installations, making the vehicle surface more hydrophobic. It also leaves a long-lasting gloss effect on vehicles, resulting from water and spot-repelling agents.
