BC Foods Beans Green Cross Cut 1/2in Dehydrated Green Bean is prepared from fresh or frozen dwarf, snap, or French stringless green beans (Phaseolus vulgaris). The beans are washed, snipped, and cut into 25mm lengths before steam blanching, soaking, and hot air drying. This product complies with the stringent standards of Good Manufacturing Practice, the Code of Hygiene Practice, and General Principles of Food Hygiene. It is free of specified metal contaminants and practically free of extraneous matter, meeting processing capabilities. This product is also kosher.
