Bio-Green Planet

Wastewater Treat- Pulp and Paper (PP) is a granular blend of product consisting of naturally-occurring, scientifically selected (but not genetically manipulated) microbes, enzymes, fungi and nutrients designed to accelerate decomposition and digestion of sludge generated by wood processing and to consume excess nutrients built up in holding tanks and lagoons. PP is a unique combination of six selected facultatively anaerobic microbial cultures, which are effective across a wide range of substrates and environmental conditions. PP microbes are strictly saprophytic, meaning they only digest non-living and decaying materials. Use of PP in conjunction with mechanical aeration and agitation reduces B.O.D. and C.O.D. to acceptable levels.

Bio-Green Planet® Wastewater Pulp and Paper

Wastewater Treat - Petroleum (PT) is a granular product consisting of naturally occurring; scientifically selected (but not genetically manipulated) microbes formulated to bioremediate all factions of crude or modified petroleum products and paraffin wax. PT is a blend of aerobic and facultatively anaerobic microbial cultures that are effective across a wide spectrum of substrates and continue enzyme production until almost all oil contaminants and other organic wastes are consumed. In addition to specific enzymes, several cultures create their own biosurfactant to aid in emulsifying oils and fats. PT is non-toxic, non-caustic, non-acidic, non-pathogenic (harmless to humans, pets &amp; wildlife) and is biodegradable.

Bio-Green Planet® Wastewater Treat Petroleum

Bio-Green Planet® Bacillus licheniformis is a bacterium that quickly colonizes the root zone, breaking down organics which then enhances nutrient uptake by roots. This promotes root growth and increases fertilizer uptake. The strain also can form a protective biofilm on roots and enhances plant resistance to disease. B. licheniformis can secrete plant phytohormones that encourage healthy growth and enhances plants’ cold tolerance ability. In addition to promoting higher crop yields, the strain also promotes increased crop quality and taste.

Bio-Green Planet® Bacillus megaterium is a common agricultural bacterium that is often used as a biofertilizer to increase phosphorus (P) availability in crops. The bacterial strain produces organic acids which release phosphorus ions from otherwise inaccessible substances in soil. These acids dissolve insoluble soil phosphates through chelation which increases the levels of phosphorus in soil that are available for root uptake.

Bio-Green Planet® Bacillus megaterium

Wastewater Treat - Low Temperature (LT) is a bacterial product engineered specifically to function at and below 15°C. Use of LT avoids winter sludge build-up that releases large amounts of nitrogen and phosphorus when temperatures warm, causing WWTP upsets, odor issues and algae problems.

Bio-Green Planet® Brevibacillus laterosporus is a bacterial strain that enhances the availability of phosphorus (P) and nitrogen (N) in various soil types and produces plant growth hormones, including gibberellin and IBA. The strain quickly colonizes the root zone and outcompetes pathogens for space. B. laterosporus improves crop yields and provides gains in both fruit quality and flavor.

Wastewater Treat - General (WT) is a granular product blend consisting of naturally occurring, scientifically selected (but not genetically manipulated) microbes formulated to reduce BOD, COD, TSS, TDS and odors in wastewater treatment plants, lagoons and holding tanks.

Bio-Green Planet® Trichoderma atrobrunneum is a fungus that breaks down cellulose and lignin-heavy material such as wood, straw, and crop residues. Through the breakdown of these tougher materials, T. atrobrunneum provides carbon and nitrogen that promotes strong root development and enhances nutrient utilization. T. atrobrunneum conditions soil by breaking down tough organic matter, making otherwise unavailable nutrients available for root uptake.

Bio-Green Planet® Trichoderma harzianum is a naturally occurring fungi that has wide-ranging beneficial functions in soil, including helping plants fight off diseases. The strain is well-known for its ability to stimulate and improve plants' resistance to a variety of fungal pathogens, including various species of Fusarium, Pythium, Rhizoctonia, Phytophthora, and other pathogenic fungi that cause root, stem, and fruit rot.

The strain is able to reside inside the plant and stimulate the plant’s defense system to resist a range of bacterial and fungal pathogens. B. methylotrophicus is particularly adept at out-competing pathogenic fungi for nutrients and space. Additionally, B. methylotrophicus is capable of producing hormones such as auxin, cytokinin, and gibberellic acid that stimulate plant growth.
