"Biofiber Tech exists to reduce the global carbon footprint by creating nature-based materials for decarbonisation of everyday products. We have a unique possibility to do so by offering our customers and collaborators our first product, FibraQ, an sustainably grown alternative to fossil based plastic, an alternative made from Nordic pine. It can be used without sacrificing some of the key factors that are the benefit in production of conventional plastics, such as production in large volume, flowability and customisability, things that often is missing with other sustainable material producers today. This is why our solution has truly global potential, one that can make a real impact on the environment. ​ We currently have patents in Sweden, United States and in Chile, with applications for many other countries pending."
