Bituplast® AW is a cold-self-adhesive, bituminous waterproofing membrane with a highly tearproof, double-laminated HDPE protective film with excellent mechanical characteristics, both in longitudinal as well as in cross direction.

Bituplast® AW

Combband® 600 ES, according to DIN standard 18542 BG1, is a sealing tape consisting of impregnated foam. It serves for the primary sealing of seams and junctions directly exposed to weather. It is heat insulating and sound absorbing, in addition to sealing against wind, dust and spray water, thereby reducing energy costs immediately and maintaining the value of the building structure.

Combband® 600 ES

BOSIG ALUBUTYL FR is a self-adhesive sealing tape. It consists of a cold self-adhesive butyl rubber adhesive and sealing layer with an aluminiumcoloured, UV and weather-resistant protective film. Alubutyl FR has extremely strong adhesive properties on all common substrates, even at low temperatures.

BOSIG GmbH ALUBUTYL FR

BOSIG Butyl cold shrink tape made of cold-self-adhesive butyl rubber adhesive, coated with a highly tear proof polyethylene film, easily expandable. Butyl Cold Shrink Tape has an immediately high direct initial tack, whereas the final bonding strength is achieved after around 24 hours. Butyl Cold Shrink Tape is in compliance with the requirements of VDI 6022, supplementary sheet 1 and is suitable for application in ventilation and air conditioning equipment.

Combband® 300, the specially impregnated, pre-compressed joint sealing tape, has many areas of application in modern building construction due to its characteristics, where requirements for reliable joint solutions are even more significant today than a few years ago. The product consists of a vapor diffusion-open material, the risk of wood rot and of fungal attack in adjoining materials is thereby substantially reduced. In its compressed state Combband 300 seals reliably against sound, driving rain, dust, draft as well as heat loss. Combband 300 corresponds to building materials load classification BG 2 and was especially developed for joint constructions in lower buildings up to a height of 20 m. Furthermore, Combband 300 is a heavy inflammable building product according to the German building product standard DIN 4102 – Part 1. It is strongly self-adhesive on one side so as to facilitate mounting, and extensively workable independent of temperature.

Combband® 600 Plus, the specially impregnated, pre-compressed joint sealing tape, has many areas of application. The product is made of material that is permeable for vapor diffusion and wind-proof, it boasts reliable resistance to heavy rains and UV light, it can be exposed to weathering, thereby considerably reducing the risk of rotting wood and fungal attacks in adjacent materials. Combband 600 Plus was specially developed for demanding jointing construction such as that in tall buildings, for joints with especially high tolerance for buildings which require a high level of resistance to outside influences. Combband 600 Plus corresponds to building materials load classification BG 1 according to DIN 18 542. The distinctive feature of Combband 600 Plus is the very wide application area. Combband 600 Plus is designed for wide joint widths which appear mainly in window assembly. In order to aid mounting, it is strongly self-adhesive on one side and remains elastic even if joints shift. It can be installed without chemically preparing the joint and in almost any weather conditions. It does not create garbage which requires special handling at the construction site.
