Wenew Recycled Polyolefins

UTEC® is an Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) product line manufactured exclusively by Braskem. UTEC’s molecular weight is about 10 times greater than High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) resins and its density makes finished parts approximately eight times lighter than steel. This extremely high molecular weight provides UTEC with several outstanding properties, such as: high abrasion wear resistance, high impact resistance, and very low coefficient of friction that makes the material self-lubricating.

UTEC can be used for a vast array of applications in the following industries: construction, agriculture, material handling, transportation, textile, pulp and paper, food and beverage, mining, marine, porous plastics, oil and gas, high performance fibers, battery separators and waste water treatment.

UTEC is sold in powder form with products spanning a range of molecular weights and particle sizes. The molecular weight begins in the low range (3 million g/mol) and extends to a high range (7 to 10 million g/mol).

INSPIRE Polymers are propylene based resins built on molecular architecture, that takes performance and processing ability beyond conventional polypropylene resins. INSPIRE polypropylene deliver products with high output rates and significantly improved bubble stability and drawdown capabilities. These products are well-suited for air-quench blown film process.

Prisma range of polypropylene copolymers and especially designed for injection molding applications. This product range exhibits exceptional transparency, very good stiffness / impact strength balance and excellent processability suitable for rigid packaging applications and beyond.

Braskem LDF0034 is a low density polyethylene (LDPE) of high molecular weight that provides high mechanical strength. Braskem INSPIRE 6025N Polypropylene Homopolymer (HPP) high performance resin is a high crystalline nucleated homopolymer with exceptional stiffness and good optical properties.

Braskem America UTEC® 5540 is an Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) with a molecular weight about 10 times higher than High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) resins. Braskem R7021-50RNA polypropylene random copolymer (RCP) provides good impact properties, excellent optics, and fast cycle times. It contains clarifier and antistat additives.

Braskem HDI2061 is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) for injection molding segment. By having good fluidity HDI20612 provides easy processability and high productivity combined with high rigidity and hardness. The narrow molecular weight distribution gives low tendency to deformation.

The product is highly versatile and can be used in several applications due to their easy processability and high compatibility with other types of polyethylene. Braskem INSPIRE CG350HN is a polypropylene impact copolymer (ICP) that has a good balance of stiffness and impact strength, as well as excellent long term heat aging properties.All Braskem America production facilities are certified to produce bio, bio-circular, and circular polypropylene under the ISCC PLUS certification via the mass balance approach.

Braskem F006EC2 polypropylene homopolymer (HPP) offers enhanced long term heat aging. Applications include compounding, blow molding, profiles, flat sheet, corrugated sheet, pressed slabs, and pressurized radiator surge tanks.All Braskem America production facilities are certified to produce bio, bio-circular, and circular polypropylene under the ISCC PLUS certification via the mass balance approach.
