  • The Delios® powder is specially processed to achieve superior oxidative stability and low colour and they are further refined to remove residual fatty acids, which is finally resulting in a product with essentially no odour or flavour. It complies with the current specifications established by the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) and the current EU Regulation laying down specifications for food additives. Furthermore it is manufactured under ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 as well as HACCP methodology.
  • Stability: The product should be stored at temperatures between 16-24°C and has to be kept in a dry container and away from odor-intensive products. In its unopened original package under the mentioned conditions the product has a shelf life of 18-24 months, in tank truck 21 days.
