Plantasil® grades are cationic products used as conditioners and specialties for hair conditioning. It has microemulsions of emollient, wax, and alkyl polyglucosides which provide improved hair conditioning properties in shampoo formulations, and mixtures of potassium silicate and C8-10 fatty alcohol glucoside and glycerine that can be added to lye relaxer formulations from which it will penetrate into the treated hair providing strengthening effect.
