Laromer® is the trademark for radiation-curable binders and monomers. Laromer® types are unsaturated acrylic ester resins and functional acrylic ester monomers for radiation-curable coatings. Functional acrylic ester monomers are non-volatile reactive thinners that serve both to adjust the processing viscosity and, through incorporation into the cured films, to modify the properties of the final coating. Unsaturated acrylic ester resins, due to their different chemical structures, determine within broad limits the basic properties of coatings. Laromer® UV monomers and oligomers can be used for 100% UV composite systems. In addition Laromer® grades offer possibilities in styrene emission reduction. They also allow changing of the properties of traditional epoxy or unsaturated polyester systems, e.g. an increasing flexibility and/or cohesion of the final composite. Our Laromer® range contains urethane acrylates (aromatic), urethane acrylates (aliphatic, with monomer), reactive diluents, epoxy acrylates (aliphatic &amp; aromatic), amine-modified polyether acrylates (alkoxylated), oligoether acrylates, polyether acrylates (monomer-free, amine-modified), polyester acrylates, Laromer® pigment grinding resin. The Laromer® product line offers high-performance binders, resulting in emission-free energy curing of offset, liquid and screen inks plus overprint varnishes.

Ludiflash® is a white to off-white powder with good flowability. The angle of repose was determined to be ~38°. Ludiflash® is a direct compression excipient for fast-disintegrating solid oral dosage forms.

Lamequick

Disponil® grades are anionic based surfactants for a wide range of applications where dynamic wetting and solubilising properties are needed. Especially their strong emulsifying and dispersing characteristics are the main property in diverse applications. They are used during the polymerization process are essential for problem-free manufacture, insitu-polymerization stabilization and can also positively influence the dispersion performance in application. Disponil® grades are free of sodium chloride and the remaining salt content of sodium sulfate is reduced to a very low limit. With regard to the 1,4 Dioxan content in fatty alcohol ether sulfates (FES) the level is reduced to a limit depending on the ethoxylation degree. Overall the content is below 150 ppm, whereas the lowest is &lt; 5ppm. Those narrow ranged by-products of the main product are mandatory in sensitive applications like emulsion polymerisation processes. In addition most of the emulsifiers are FDA or BfR (Bundesinstitut für Risikobewertung) approved.

Acronal® is a range water-based emulsions. Acronal® range for exterior paints covers styrene and pure acrylics which offer a very high durability against the influence of weathering. Acronal® range for wood and trim paints offer a very high durability against the influence of weathering. In addition, our styrene acrylics have an outstanding chemical resistance, which is very important for exterior applications. BTC’s range of Acronal® dispersions covers both selfcrosslinking and non selfcrosslinking dispersions. BTC’s range of Acronal® types give decorative foils, filters and wallpaper excellent mechanical properties. In air and oil filters for the automotive industry they improve durability and performance. In high-quality decorative paper foil, our binders ensure a high level of stability of the bonded fibers. To abrasives our binders ensure the abrasives flexibility and reduce abrasive particle wear. BTC’s Acronal® types for natural fibers are acrylic dispersions. BTC’s range of Acronal® types give nonwovens made of synthetic fibers their exceptional and different functional properties.

Kauropal products are used in decorative overlay paper to impair higher gloss retention and better scratch resistance. These impregnating resins are also used to add functionality to furniture or finish foils &amp; edge bending. They provide better wetting, higher flexibility, higher efficiency and higher hiding power for white decorative films. Kauropal resins are also used for laminate floorings, to enhance antistatic properties and to develop higher efficiency under unlimited shelf-life

Eumulgin® grades are used as O/W emulsifiers and cream bases in many cosmetic applications e.g. in facial care, body care, sun care and decorative cosmetic products. Due to their viscosity increasing properties, Eumulgin® types are used as thickener in cosmetic surfactant-based preparations. Eumulgin® are used as lipid layer enhancer in surfactant type washing and cleansing preparations. Eumulgin® are solubilizers for the production of aqueous cosmetic preparations like shampoos, foam and shower baths.

Magnafloc® grades are anionic, non-ionic, or cationic high molecular weight flocculants that can be individually combined and selected to allow for the best possible performance. Using BTC’s Magnafloc® types, thickening, clarification or centrifugation are sure to run at maximum efficiency without support. BTC’s flocculants and coagulants are designed to maximize efficiency in filtration processes in the mining industry. The advantages include faster and higher throughput, dry cake with low moisture, efficient filtration, and clean clear filtrate for re-use.

LUTENSIT® grades (anionic surfactant blends) are emulsifiers. They are the workhorses of the household, institutional and industrial detergents industry. LUTENSIT® surfactants are suitable for a wide range of household, all-purpose, sanitary, and floor cleaners applications on account of their outstanding surface activity.

BTC Europe GmbH Sodium Nitrite HQ untreated (non-food grade) is a white to slightly yellow crystalline product that can cake during storage and transportation. Recommended uses include raw materials, intermediates, corrosion inhibitors, and surface treatment agents. It is in crystalline form, with a color ranging from white to slightly yellow, and it is odorless.

Acronal® A 420 S is a plasticizer-free dispersion composed of thermally crosslinkable copolymers derived from acrylic acid esters. This dispersion possesses self-crosslinking properties and finds application in self-adhesive nonwovens, including carriers based on PET and glass fibers, filter nonwovens, materials for hygiene and medical purposes, as well as interlinings and high-loft waddings. It exists in liquid form with a faint odor in its dispersion.

Acronal® S 728 F is an aqueous dispersion of a polymer based on acrylic ester and styrene, designed as a raw material for industrial use only. In liquid dispersion form, it appears white with a faint odor, and the product is stable.

BTC Europe GmbH APG 325 UP is an aqueous solution of alkyl polyglucosides based on synthetic fatty alcohol C9 - C11. It is a nonionic alkyl polyglucoside surfactant that combines the formulation ease of typical nonionics with the foam characteristics of anionics. Unpreserved and carrying the Safer Choice designation, APG® 325 UP provides excellent detergency and stability benefits in various cleaning products, exhibiting superior wetting, dispersing, and interfacial tension reduction properties for increased soil removal, especially on hard surfaces.

accelothene® G5 serves plastics and elastomers with several functions: it acts as a melt flow agent, offering excellent flow properties and good mechanical characteristics. It enhances productivity while reducing energy consumption and requiring low processing temperatures. This product is in pellet form and solid in its physical state.

acResin® UV 3532 is a UV cross-linkable acrylic hot melt polymer used in the production of self-adhesive articles. Its appearance is a clear, slightly yellowish liquid. It may be used as a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) in the production of removable labels, and tapes. Due to its low glass transition temperature, it may also be used as a freezer-grade adhesive in various applications.

Acrodur® 3515 E is a raw material intended for industrial use only. It is a preparation based on modified polyacrylate, dispersed in water, and contains a crosslinker component. In liquid dispersion form, it exhibits a white color and is almost odorless.

Acrodur® DS 3530 is a formaldehyde-free binder for wood fibers, natural fibers, synthetic fibers, and cork. It is a clear, slightly yellowish solution of a modified polycarboxylic acid and a polyol as the crosslinking component. This binder is employed independently as a formaldehyde-free binder for wood fibers and bast fibers such as flax, sisal, jute, etc. It can also be used to bond cork chips and finely divided inorganic substances. Acrodur® DS 3530 crosslinks to form a thermoset material.

Acronal® 3780 X is targeted towards the building and construction and paints and coatings markets, with applications in both paints and coatings and building and construction sectors, specifically for building envelope and roofing and industrial coatings. It is available in liquid form.
