Cassia Cinnamon is also called Cassia, Chinese cinnamon or China cinnamon and comes from Indonesia. Cinnamon is obtained from the dried bark of the evergreen cinnamon trees. Cinnamon is not just an integral part of Christmas cookies but is also used as a spice in and on cakes, rice pudding and other desserts. The cinnamon sticks are about 8cm long.

Saffron belongs to the family of crocuses (Crocus sativus). Our product is grown in Iran. The saffron is cultivated and harvested by hand. It is distinguished by its deep red color, as well as its aroma and long threads.
