A typical use of Sanitizer 200 is the application of a 200ppm solution of product after a thorough cleaning of all equipment and surfaces. However, food-contact concentrations are approved between 150-400ppm. Thoroughly wet all surfaces with a the sanitizing solution and Do Not Rinse. A 200ppm solution is obtained at a dilution of 1 ounce SanitizerR 200 to 4 gallons of water (1:512)
