Epiform E-530 is a one component epoxy resin, used for coil impregnation and fixation. It is a premixed, easy to use product with low viscosity that cures fast at moderate temperatures and exhibits excellent adhesion strength at high temperatures. Epiform E-530 offers great heat resistance for long term reliability and excellent electrical resistance. It has a long term heat resistance (UL1446) rating of a Class H equivalent. Alternative liquids for impregnation are K-8346 and E-8982-2 while there are also powder solutions for relevant processes.

Caplinq DK15-02 Brown is an epoxy-based coating powder developed as an epoxy resin binder when making powdered iron core or pot-core type reactors or induction devices.

Caplinq DK14-2100 was formulated to minimize core stress by targeting low shrinkage and low moisture absorption. these features maintain shape stability & avoid affecting magnetic properties or inductance values. Solepoxy DK14-2100 has excellent green strength, high temperature resistance and low moisture absorption. this combination is ideal for ferrite pot cores to give mechanical integrity without affecting magnetic properties.
