SeaBalance 2000 is the world's first seaweed-based cosmetic emulsifier. It delivers performance like that of a synthetic emulsifier while being completely natural. Made from upcycled Sargassum, we prevent 450 kg of CO₂e with each ton of seaweed we use.We work with local communities in Mexico to collect the seaweed as it makes landfall and help minimize the impact on the beaches vital to the local economy. After a gentle process of rinsing and drying, the dried Sargassum pulp is sent to Puerto Rico where our proprietary process lets us extract all valuable components of the seaweed and make SeaBalance.
