- 5 - 10 % mixture (40 - 80 lbs. of powder per 100 gal. of water) should be made by adding the powder slowly to hot water while mixing (air agitation).
- Heat the mixture to 160 - 200 °F.
- Immerse soiled parts and allow them to remain immersed anywhere from 5 minutes to 1 hour depending on the extent of the soil.
- Take parts out and pressure rinse with hot or cold water.
- In some cases brushing with a stiff bristle brush will be useful.
- Applications
Cleaning aluminum parts in hot-dip-tanks.
