CD Tabco Products Inc. 1008-CE is a cold emulsion cleaner. 1008-CE is a water-white, clear, liquid, which is a combination of powerful solvents and emulsifiers that will attack most oily soils and greases on contact. Shop soils and form oils don't stand a chance. It can be mixed with water to replace most flammable and chlorinated solvents.
