CeRam -Kote PCF is a highly modified resin system that has been heavily loaded with a unique package of ceramic particles enhancing its ability to perform well in a variety of aggressive environments. The formula is highly crosslinked to provide chemical resistance.

CeRam-Kote® 2000 is a ceramic polymer coating system engineered to provide excellent chemical immersion service protection to all metals, fiberglass reinforced plastics, concrete and plastic substrates. CeRam-Kote 2000® is available in three colors: white, gray and tan. The CeRam-Kote 2000® formula has an ABS Certificate of Design Assessment.

CeRam-Kote® 54 SST coating technology, ceramic particle loading, results from our unique ability developed over thirty years and the trial of hundreds of formulas. Ceramic particle loading is the addition of a complex series of ceramic particles into a polymer which causes the polymer to out-perform its basic chemistry. CeRam-Kote® 54 SST is a ceramic polymer coating that has excellent resistance to water, hydrocarbons, and corrosive gasses. It can also be used as a primer over marginally prepared substrates and rusty steel surfaces. It is tolerant of moist/damp surfaces and suitable for use in USDA inspected facilities. CeRam-Kote® 54 SST is used as a maintenance coating to protect steel structures in industrial facilities, bridges, tank exteriors, marine weathering, offshore, oil tanks, piping, roofs, water towers and other exposures. CeRam-Kote® 426 is a ceramic coating engineered to provide corrosion protection in water service, designed as a barrier coat in conjunction with Coppercoat anti-fouling as well as a potable water coating. CeRam-Kote® 426 is highly modified resin system has been loaded with a unique package of ceramic particles to enhance performance.

CeRam-Kote® 54 LMA-MR005A is a thin-film, spray applied and air-cured ceramic coating engineered to provide excellent abrasion and corrosion protection in critical service environments for all metals, fiberglass reinforced plastics, composites and plastic substrates. CeRam-Kote® 54 LMA-MR005A is a highly modified resin system that has been heavily loaded with a unique package of ceramic particles to enhance performance in extremely aggressive environments. The product contains no lead, chrome or isocyanates and bears a VOC rating of 1.63 lbs/gal or 198 g/l, well under EPA requirements which makes it a very attractive alternative for aerospace, military and marine applications. The technical data provided is standard for routine military/aviation applications. There are however, many authorized custom applications that have been developed for very specific service due to complex composites and other substrates.
