Citrasolv HDX is effective with either fresh or salt water.

Citraclean is designed for the removal of oil, dirt, grease, oil, nicotine and all petroleum type deposits, either manually or through a pressure wash machine (or scrubbing machine for floor areas). Citraclean will clean almost any washable surface leaving it streak free and with a fresh, clean fragrance.
