Application Information
  • Appropriate for products based on different resin, such as acrylic-styrene, pure acrylic, alkydic, butadiene-styrene and polyvinyl acetate.
  • It can also be applied in the buffer tank of cutting oil cooling circuit, using dosages from 250ppm depending on the specific characteristics of the circuit.
Use Dosages
  • As a general guidance, the most usual dosages vary between 0.2 and 0.6% for adhesives and paints and 0.3 and 1% for taladrines and cutting fluids.
  • Ideal dosage should be evaluated using case-by-case tests taking in account the specific application of the product.
Use Guidelines
  • When used for paints and coatings, add 2/3 of the product at the beginning of manufacturing process, and 1/3 just before adding the resin. Mix thoroughly until a correct distribution of the product is guaranteed.
  • In adhesives and taladrines, add the product as sooner as better during the manufacturing process. In cutting oils, add the product regularly into the buffer tank. The dosage will depend on the water and circuit fluid renewal.
  • In each installation, the experience will show which is the best dosing point. Mix the product before using it.
