GlucoStar® C500F is a cold-water soluble, high viscosity, anionic polymer for use in industrial applications. It is a substituted natural polysaccharide designed to impart enhanced functional properties including: solution stability, surface activity, water retention, improved rheology and viscosity. GlucoStar C500F also offers a unique alternative to competitive natural and synthetic water-soluble polymers. GlucoStar C500F is specifically designed for use as a viscosifier in vat dyestuffs for textile flat goods printing applications. In addition, the ultra-low level of insoluble particles and high viscosity of GlucoStar C500F make it a good thickener for screen-printing

GlucoStar® 1030 is a cold-water soluble, high viscosity polymer for use in industrial applications. GlucoStar 1030 is a modified, high molecular weight, natural polysaccharide designed to impart enhanced functional properties including: viscosity, rheology modification, solution stability, salt tolerance, surface activity and water retention. The ultra-high viscosity and high solubility of GlucoStar 1030 make it particularly suited for use as a viscosifier and binder in adhesive formulations. In addition, it has excellent tack, film clarity and slip properties. GlucoStar 1030 is particularly suited for use in wallcovering, outdoor advertising and paper bag adhesives. GlucoStar 1030 is treated with a preservative for the prevention of bacterial or fungicidal breakdown.

Glucostar® C500-XP is an off-white powder. Aqueous solutions are translucent and demonstrate excellent stability.
