GlucoStar® 1030N is a cold-water soluble, high viscosity polymer for use in industrial applications. GlucoStar 1030N is a modified, high molecular weight, natural polysaccharide designed to impart enhanced functional properties including: viscosity, rheology modification, solution stability, salt tolerance, surface activity and water retention. The ultra-high viscosity and high solubility of GlucoStar 1030N make it particularly suited for use as a viscosifier and binder in adhesive formulations. In addition, it has excellent tack, film clarity and slip properties. GlucoStar 1030N is particularly suited for use in wall-covering, outdoor advertising and paper bag adhesives. GlucoStar 1030N is not treated with a preservative.
