Features & Benefits

Product Benefits
  • 40% Silane solvent based penetrating water repellant

  • The product does not alter the appearance of the surface after it cures
  • Prevents water from penetrating into the substrate and carrying damaging de-icing salts and other contaminants to the reinforcing steel.

Applications & Uses

Application Method
Compatible Substrates & Surfaces
Application

Cured should be a minimum of two weeks old: surface should be clean and dry. Use 3000 psi power washer to clean the surface. Remove oil and grease spots with concrete Clemons Cleaner Degreaser. Allow 24 hours to dry before sealing

Surface temperature should be between 20° F and 90° F. This product should be applied with an acetone-resistant pump sprayer. A brush or roller of the appropriate nap length can be used for areas where overspray is a concern. Enough material should be applied in a single application so that the surface remains wet for 3 minutes. Any pooled or puddled material should be moved to more porous areas after 3-5 minutes. Due to low viscosity, care should be taken during roller application to avoid puddling. Best results are obtained when the substrate is completely dry prior to application. Do not apply this material to surfaces previously coated. Care should be taken to ensure even coverage rate.
