It is perfect antiozonant to extend the useful life of tires if used together with Antioxidant OD. It has the strongest metal oxidation resistance among all phenylene diamine antioxidant.

China Star Materials Triallylisocyanurate (Cross Linking Reagent T-CROS) is a multi-functional olefin monomer containing aromatic heterocyclic, which is mainly used as cross-linking agent and modifier.

China Star Materials N-(p-toluene-sulphonylamido-N'-phenylene diamine) (Antioxidant TPPD) is mainly used to produce rubberized fabric, electric insulative products and light color industrial products. When TPPD is used in CR with Antioxidant ODA as co-reagent, it will perform its best thermal resistance, reduce the plasticity of unvulcanized CR, and decrease the degree of shrinkage during calendering, so is helpful to adjust the size of semi finished articles.

China Star Materials Octylated diphenylamine (Antioxidant OD) is antioxidant for NR, SBR, NBR and CR. It has good protective character to heat, oxygen, flexing and crazing, and is efficient to rubber whether used together with carbon black. It has obvious thermal brittleness resistance in CR, and can increase its protective character to ozone aging.

China Star Materials 4,4'-Bis(α,α-dimethylbenzyl) diphenylamine is one of the few kinds of antioxidant, which is non-toxic, tasteless, light colored. Widely apply in each kind of elastomer. It can be used in polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and other plastic masterbatch. It may use as the urethane foam as well as the electric wire, the electric cable, packaging material for food, the adhesive antioxidant, especially for heat-resisting, lightfastness, aging resistance in the neoprene colored cable sheath, antioxidant KY-405 is are remarkable.

China Star Materials Antioxidant ODA is mainly used to produce tires, tube tires, cables, rubber overshoes, rubber mats, thermal aureoles and sponge products, etc. When ODA is used in CR with Antioxidant ODA as co-reagent, it will perform its best thermal resistance, reduce the plasticity of unvulcanized CR, and decrease the degree of shrinkage during calendering, so is helpful to adjust the size of semi finished articles, and increase the stability of CR during transportation and storage.

China Star Materials 4,4'-Diphenylisopropyl diphenylamine (Antioxidant HS-911) is a kind of high-efficient nontoxic Antioxidant to replace D, A, RD and so on which are carcinogenic. HS-911 can be used in NR, IIR, SBR, NBR, BR, CR and their blend, and is especially efficient in protecting CR from thermal aging. It can also be used in plastic industry. HS-911 not only can protect vulcanized rubber from thermal aging, light aging, ozone aging and damage caused by repeating deformation, but also has a passivating effect on heavy metal and transition metal.

China Star Materials N,N'-m-phenylene bismaleimide (Vulcanizator HVA-2(PDM)) can be used as vulcanizator in rubber processing, auxiliary vulcanizator in peroxide system, vulcanization retarder and tackifier, and it can be used in universal rubber, special rubber and rubber-plastic blend. In NR, HVA-2 can prevent the revert of vulcanization, improve heat resistance, reduce heat-dissipating, and heighten aging resistance, modulus of vulcanized rubber as well as the cohesive force between rubber and tire cord.

China Star Materials Nickel dibutyldithiocarbamate (Antioxidant NBC) is bottle-green powder. It can be used as an antiozonant for CR, CSPR, ECO, SBR, NBR, etc. In CR, it can improve the thermal resistance of rubber, and reduce the discoloration under the sun, and it can slightly retard the vulcanization.
