"Established in 1983,Jiangsu China Star New Materials Technology Co.,Ltd., former name as:Wah Sing(Shukchin) Chemical Co.,Ltd., is a national high-tech enterprise, specialized in R&D, producing and sales of antioxidant, accelerator, vulcanizator, etc. Located in key city, Suqian,Jiangsu province, which is between Shandong province and south of Yangtze river, our company has occupied an area of 50,000square meters,with production capacity over 10,000 tons annually. China Star Materials N-(p-toluene-sulphonylamido-N'-phenylene diamine) (Antioxidant TPPD) is mainly used to produce rubberized fabric, electric insulative products and light color industrial products. When TPPD is used in CR with Antioxidant ODA as co-reagent, it will perform its best thermal resistance, reduce the plasticity of unvulcanized CR, and decrease the degree of shrinkage during calendering, so is helpful to adjust the size of semi finished articles.

China Star Materials Octylated diphenylamine (Antioxidant OD) is antioxidant for NR, SBR, NBR and CR. It has good protective character to heat, oxygen, flexing and crazing, and is efficient to rubber whether used together with carbon black. It has obvious thermal brittleness resistance in CR, and can increase its protective character to ozone aging.

China Star Materials 4,4'-Diphenylisopropyl diphenylamine (Antioxidant HS-911) is a kind of high-efficient nontoxic Antioxidant to replace D, A, RD and so on which are carcinogenic. HS-911 can be used in NR, IIR, SBR, NBR, BR, CR and their blend, and is especially efficient in protecting CR from thermal aging. It can also be used in plastic industry. HS-911 not only can protect vulcanized rubber from thermal aging, light aging, ozone aging and damage caused by repeating deformation, but also has a passivating effect on heavy metal and transition metal.

China Star Materials N,N'-m-phenylene bismaleimide (Vulcanizator HVA-2(PDM)) can be used as vulcanizator in rubber processing, auxiliary vulcanizator in peroxide system, vulcanization retarder and tackifier, and it can be used in universal rubber, special rubber and rubber-plastic blend. In NR, HVA-2 can prevent the revert of vulcanization, improve heat resistance, reduce heat-dissipating, and heighten aging resistance, modulus of vulcanized rubber as well as the cohesive force between rubber and tire cord.
