- Recommendation for Use
- We generally recommend adding 0.1 – 1.0 % VARIPHOB® AC 5002 based on the dry mortar weight in formulations.
- The optimal dosage has to be determined in pre-trials.
- VARIPHOB® AC 5002 is to be mixed with the components of the dry mortar homogeneously prior to adding water.
- There can be differences in strength and shrinkage compared to a non-hydrophobic system.

- Storage Conditions
- In closed original packaging at room temperature (approx. 23 °C) the product will be stable for 12 months.
- We recommend not exceeding a storage of 12 months.
- Stability
- VARIPHOB® AC 5002 is not sensitive to frost.
- The packaging must be protected from direct sun radiation and keep from temperatures higher than 30°C.
- The product must be protected from humidity.
