Autokut® IS 46 is a Autokut IS Series, that are non-staining metal removal oils designed for machining non-ferrous metals and many ferrous metals. CITGO Autokut IS Series are available in two viscosity grades to meet the requirements of a modern engineering facility. The lower viscosity grade is used for higher speed lighter duty applications and the higher viscosity is used for slower speed heavier duty operations.

Trukut® GP 205 is a conventional general purpose cutting fluid designed to be readily mixed with water to form a stable emulsion. Designed for a variety of machining operations, it is suitable for use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Recommended for milling, turning, drilling, grinding and other metalworking operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals where efficiency of an emulsifiable oil is preferred. Trukut GP 205 has excellent cooling and rust prevention properties. It is also a preferred grinding fluid.

Trukut® HD 220 is a heavy-duty cutting and grinding fluid designed to be diluted with water to form an emulsion. It is recommended for use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. this product improves tool life and surface finish, increases productivity, extends odor-free sump life, predictable machining performance, wide application range reduces the need for several products, disposal costs and the need for in-process corrosion protection fluids. It is well suited for CNC Machining where a single cutting fluid may be needed to function in a wide variety of operations and metallurgies. It performs in multiple cutting operations including turning, boring, drilling, grinding, and threading.

Formulated for machining operations involving alloyed, stainless and chrome steels. These products are intended for severe machining operations such as broaching, tapping and cold-heading. Autokut® EXTRUSION OIL is a heavy duty fluid designed for a variety of metal forming and other metalworking operations. This oil is formulated for a variety of drawing, stamping, forming and extrusion applications over a wide range of machining applications and metallurgies.

Autokut® TRI-PURPOSE is a transparent, non-corrosive, multi-purpose cutting oil. It is equally effective for use as a cutting oil and as a lubricant in screw machines and other automatic type machine tools. It is specifically designed for automatic screw machines and is recommended for machining non-ferrous metals and ferrous alloys having machinability rating of approximately 50% or higher. It can be used in all automatic screw machines and in similar equipment for: Drilling, Counter-Boring, Turning, Shaving, Reaming, Tapping, Forming and Stamping.

Rust-0-Lene® LT is a rust preventative oil formulated with effective rust inhibitors and high quality base oils. It exhibits excellent metal wetting and water displacement properties and is designed for temporary protection of metal parts during manufacturing and storage. Rust-O-Lene LT can also be used as a hydraulic and circulating oil where added rust protection is required.

Quenchol® 521 and 624 are highly stable quench oils designed especially for use in steel heat treating operations. They are formulated with premium high viscosity index base oils and additives to provide outstanding service life and performance. These products offer superior service in steel quenching operations requiring a premium mineral quench oil.

Rust-0-Lene® ST is a rust preventative oil formulated with effective rust inhibitors and high quality base oils. It exhibits excellent metal wetting and water displacement properties and is designed for temporary protection of metal parts during manufacturing and storage. Recommended for longer term rust protection of semifinished or finished metal parts and assemblies that require longer term protection, it can be used by hydraulic and circulating systems for industrial equipment requiring better protection from rust. It can also be used as a hydraulic and circulating oil where added rust protection is required.
