<p><span style="color: rgb(10, 48, 108);">Our company was founded late 2020, with the sole purpose to process the fresh colostrum produced by the goat/cow mother the first 24 hours. We are using state of the art processes, methods, and equipment in order to preserve almost all the ingredients of this First Milk (Colostrum) and finally produce a lyophilized (Freeze Dried) powder.Our staff consists of a third- generation farmer (leader), his fourth-generation children, all with University degrees. Also, by an experienced Administration Manager and of course lower staff.The company has been funded by an Angel Investor, extremely sensitive in Environmental / Bio issues, totally focused on the Human and Animal Well-Being.We base our production, solely on domestic (Greek) animals, since we know from our ancestors the value of this country’s air, water, soil, and plants high qualities. Our only target is to provide to our customers, with extremely high value powders, close to 100% (98-99) pure colostrum (the missing part 1-2 % is moisture), having no other additives other than what the mammal provides. We are using an innovative milk collection system, on one hand to avoid any harm to the mother and on the other to prevent any contamination to the milk and to the animal. We are using a state-of-the-art pasteurization method with NO heat increase, so to prevent degradation of the fresh First Milk. The drying process we selected is the only one that preserves almost all the ingredients of the fresh. The method is known from the Inkas and is called Freeze Drying or Lyophilization.</span></p>

In Greek mythology the Cattle of Helios are described by Homer in the Odyssey as excellent, well fed, and straight horned. The mythical cattle were guarded by Helios’s daughters and it was well known that any harm done to a single animal would bring down the Wrath of god. In other words, any harm done to any number of animals would eventually be many times more harmful for ourselves. In our company, we abide by the Greek tradition and ancient wisdom not because of fear of consequence but out of respect for knowledge.
