J-Cut 5542 was developed to meet the demands generated by high performance screw machines. J-Cut 5542 effectively penetrates the tool and work piece interface providing excellent surface finishes and tool life. This product is extremely high performance and is easily capable of performing gun drilling and form tapping on stainless and other difficult to machine alloys without the use of additional additives.

Citriclean is a D’limonene based cleaner developed to remove grease, oil and dirt deposits from metal parts. It leaves a clean surface with virtually no residue. Citriclean is compatible with all metals including aluminum, copper, stainless steel, brass, mild steel (1010, 1008) and silicone steel alloys.

J-Cut 21 is a premium quality multi-purpose, non-staining product formulated with a chlorinated performance additive. J-Cut 21 also contains an oiliness additive for additional performance, especially on draggy, soft metals. It gives excellent performance on high speed heavy duty operations on most types of steels and non-ferrous metals. This product can also be used as gear oil, hydraulic oil, and general machine oil.

Vanishing Oil 6370 is designed for light and medium duty blanking, stamping, very shallow draws and fin forming. The light oily film evaporates in 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the environment, leaving a clean surface. Vanishing Oil 6370 is compatible with all metals including aluminum, copper, stainless steel, brass, mild steel (1010, 1008) and silicone steel alloys.

J-Cut 4560 is a high performance cutting oil designed for mist and spray lubricators. The non-chlorinated lubricants provide excellent surface finishes on even the most difficult metals without staining.
