J-Cut 5542 was developed to meet the demands generated by high performance screw machines. J-Cut 5542 effectively penetrates the tool and work piece interface providing excellent surface finishes and tool life. This product is extremely high performance and is easily capable of performing gun drilling and form tapping on stainless and other difficult to machine alloys without the use of additional additives.
