Creative Materials 128-40(S)

128-40(S) is a screen-printable high dielectric constant ink, and coating. This product features excellent adhesion to ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) sputtered surfaces, Mylar®, glass and a variety of other surfaces. Unlike conventional materials, this product is very resistant to flexing, and creasing. Some applications for 128- 40(S) include but are not limited to printing of capacitive layers for EL panels and insulation of low voltage circuitry. 128-40(S) features improved scratch resistance compared to similar high dielectric materials.

Suggested Handling & Curing

128-40(S) is ready to use as supplied. Further thinning may be accomplished by adding small amounts of CMI 113-12 or 127-17 thinners. Prior to using, be certain to resuspend filler. Best properties, for most applications, result when cured for 30 minutes 175°C. Good properties are obtained on a variety of substrates by dry and curing at temperatures ranging from 110°C to 175°C. This product is not recommended for applications that cannot cure below 110°C.
