While helping write ethanol’s success story, we have made many good friends along the way, in the plants and corn fields, and with people in the surrounding communities.In the past 10 years, the number of fuel ethanol plants has more than tripled. Along with this have come innovative ways to improve efficiency and profitability. CTE Global is actively contributing to this endeavor. Our research and development centers, with feedback from field-based technical teams who are working with customers, produce new enzymatic preparations that are market-oriented and environmentally friendly.

CTE Global AMYL-XT solubilize more starch and optimize yield with our latest line of alpha amylases with enhanced thermo-stability. The key enzyme activity in AMYL-XT is provided by a thermostable endo-amylase that hydrolyzes (1, 4)-alpha-D-glucosidic linkages in starch polysaccharides. Highly effective at operating
temperatures even up to 200°F, AMYL XT expands the possibilities of process optimization to reach your production goals.

CTE Global AMYL-XT

CTE Global Supreme Max is a gluco-amylase that hydrolyzes (1,4) and (1,6)-alpha-D-glucosidic linkages at the non-reducing ends of polysaccharides, supplemented with trehalase to hydrolyze trehalose into fermentable glucose. The product performance can be further enhanced by the addition of protease, fungal alpha amylase and cellulase components.

CTE Global TSP+ is an advanced thermostable protease for application in slurry and liquefaction to deliver improved nitrogen profile for yeast health, robust fermentations, and potential increases in corn oil yield.

CTE Global XC-YB is a cellulase that hydrolyzes (1,4)-beta-D glucosidic linkages in cellulose and other beta-D glucans. It breaks fiber bonds to release more starch and corn oil. This product is not designed for fiber conversion applications and should be considered for general yield enhancement only.

CTE Global AMYL-LP Strong is a concentrated formulation of alpha-amylase to effectively break down starch in slurry and liquefaction. The key enzyme activity is provided by endo-amylase that hydrolyzes (1, 4)-alpha-D-glucosidic linkages in starch polysaccharides. Effective activity at lower pH ranges allows for more flexible front-end operations while maintaining excellent starch conversion.

CTE Global SZM XT-20+ is a purified native fungal α-amylase that breaks down amylose and amylopectin of starch to shorter chain dextrins and maltose. Its application decreases mash viscosity thereby increasing the efficiency of hydrolysis by glucoamylase.

CTE Global FP Elite is an advanced protease enzyme that hydrolyzes various peptide bonds to provide yeast nutrients in the form of amino acids and peptides. By breaking down structural proteins, it may also improve access to protein-bound starch and lipids, liberating starch and oil for potentially improved ethanol and oil yield.

CTE Global XT-SR is an endo-amylase that hydrolyzes (1,4)- alpha-D-glucosidic linkages in starch polysaccharides. This alpha amylase converts undigested starch into dextrins that can be hydrolyzed by the GA to produce glucose for improved fermentation.

This activity is supplemented with a thermostable protease to deliver potentially increased corn oil, reduced nitrogen inputs, and robust fermentations.
