Features & Benefits

Product Highlights
  • NEOFLON PCTFE M-300H is a polymer with a structure in which all hydrogen atoms of polyvinyl chloride (CH2 --CHCl) n are substituted with fluorine atoms. It is in the form of one chlorine atom in PTFE structural unit.
  • Highly transparent due to this chlorine atom.
  • It is a fluororesin with the highest gas barrier property and high hardness.
  • Excellent in mechanical properties, although it is slightly inferior to PFA and FEP in heat resistance and chemical resistance.
  • M- 300H can reduce the mold volume during compression molding of thick molded products. Because it is granular.
  • Compression molding and extrusion molding are suitable.
