Neoflon PCTFE M-300PL

1 of 127 products in this brand
Neoflon PCTFE M-300PL, in pellet form, showcases outstanding transparency and gas barrier properties. With a structure replacing all hydrogen atoms in polyvinyl chloride with fluorine atoms, it achieves remarkable clarity, making it suitable for various applications in the electrical, electronics, and industrial sectors. While it exhibits commendable mechanical attributes and stress crack resistance, it marginally trails behind PFA and FEP in heat and chemical resistance. This high-molecular-weight product excels in both compression and extrusion molding processes, finding its place in semiconductor manufacturing, wire and cable insulation, and equipment components like gaskets and tubes.

Features & Benefits

Product Highlights
  • NEOFLON PCTFE M-300PL is a polymer with a structure in which all hydrogen atoms of polyvinyl chloride (CH2 --CHCl) n are substituted with fluorine atoms. It is in the form of one chlorine atom in PTFE structural unit.
  • Highly transparent due to this chlorine atom.
  • It is a fluororesin with the highest gas barrier property and high hardness.
  • Excellent in mechanical properties, although it is slightly inferior to PFA and FEP in heat resistance and chemical resistance.
  • M-300PL is a pelletized product with higher molecular weight than M-300P.
  • Excellent in stress crack resistance. It is suitable for both compression and extrusion molding.
