- AP 230 ASL is a conductive fluorocarbon resin suitable for extrusion molding.
- It is a PFA with conductivity.
- Good melt flowability while maintaining excellent properties of PTFE. It can be melt molded as a thermoplastic resin by extrusion molding, transfer molding, compression molding and the like.
- Especially, it is used for thin walled tubes for copy rolls by extrusion molding.
- Excellent chemical resistance which is not affected by most of the chemicals.
- It can also be adopted to conductive valve lining applications.
- It retains flexibility without losing toughness under the environment from cryogenic to high temperature.
- No change in the resistance value up to 200 °C°C.
- Non stickiness. It shows excellent releasability and water repellency / oil repellency.
