Since 1969, Dakota Specialty Milling has been a family-owned specialty grain miller dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations through trust, honesty and respect for our customers, employees and suppliers. Over the years we’ve continued to improve our facilities to accommodate baking industry trends and meet demand for toasted, allergen-free, gluten-free and organic grains.

Our location in Fargo, North Dakota provides us with direct access to the many grains grown in the heartland. This close proximity has allowed us to build strong relationships with our suppliers, which ensures the raw materials we buy meet our premium standards. From specialty product development to custom milling to product delivery, each service we provide has been designed to meet every one of our customers’ production, food safety and supply chain requirements.
