- 50– 250 ppm (5-25 g/hl) in red wines during aging or before bottling.
- 30-150 ppm (3-15 g/hl) in white wines during aging or before bottling.
- To obtain the request result it’s advisable to organize some laboratory trials at different rates.
- Taste the results better after 7-10 days.
- Preferably the product is dissolved in water or clean wine and is to be added to the mass with thorough mixing
