DANOLIN FRI (Grasa) has a high stability and resistance to heat change; this makes it very resistant to high temperature long time frying. The fried snacks on this oil are very stable to rancidity making it have a long shelf life, maintaining its flavor, fresh natural aroma even after months.

DANFAT CON 8337 is Edible produced from medium palm oil fractions (PMF), non hydronated, refined, bleached, deodorized, free of fatty acids “trans”. Suitable for human consumption. It has an excellent microbiological stability and a high resistance to oxidation.

DANFAT LAC 5328 is Specially designed to substitute, partially or totally: milk fats (MFS) in dairy products like, ice-cream, yogurt and others.

DANFAT GAL – B5 is Edible fat non hydronated produced from select palm oil fractions and Sioma oil, free of fatty acids “trans” and free form genetically modified materials. It has an excellent microbiological stability and a high resistance to oxidation.

DANOLIN FRYSNACKS 2324 IS resistant to high temperature long time frying Because of its high stability against oxidation and resistance to heat change. Its recommended to be used on deep fryers for the production of snacks.

Danec HPMF is a hard type medium palm fraction. It is a non lauric fat that is implemented in Candy making as a partial substitute od cocoa lard, its GMO free, free of fatty acids TRANS and non hydrogenated.
