Danimer 26806 is the world’s first commercial extrusion coating resin that utilizes PLA as the primary material for coating paper, paperboard and fabric. Danimer 26806 resin will perform on existing production equipment at production speeds comparable to traditional polyolefins while offering energy savings due to much lower processing temperatures.

Danimer 752 resin will perform on existing production equipment at production speeds comparable to traditional polyolefins, while offering energy savings due to much lower processing temperatures. Danimer Scientific extrusion coating resins provide excellent adhesion and a great print surface and can be applied to a broad range of substrates with a wide choice of coat weights.

Nodax® 2358 is an aqueous (coating) dispersion of PHA (polyhydroxy-alkanoate) polymer. It is suitable for various food and non-food contact applications, including water barrier, oil & grease barrier, heat seal, moisture vapor barrier, and binder applications. Applications developed with Nodax® 2358 provide properties that can meet or surpass those made using traditional coatings, such as SB Latex and Polyethylene.

Avio™ 2962 is synthesized from 100% sustainably sourced biological monomers. It is suitable for a variety of polyurethane applications where a lower modulus and higher flexibility is desired when compared to Avio™ 2426. Polyurethanes produced with Avio™ 2962 reveal physical properties that rival or surpass traditional, petroleum-based polyesters or polycarbonates. Most notably, it imparts toughness (strength & hardness without a loss of flexibility) combined with adhesion, abrasion resistance, and acid/base resistance.

Avio™ 2426 is synthesized from 100% sustainably sourced biological monomers. It is suitable for a variety of polyurethane applications including cast elastomers, coatings, adhesives, foams and TPUs. Polyurethanes produced with Avio™ 2426 reveal physical properties that rival or surpass traditional, petroleum-based polyesters or polycarbonates. Most notably, AVIOTM 2426 imparts toughness (strength & hardness without a loss of flexibility) combined with adhesion, abrasion resistance, impact resistance and solvent resistance (specifically Skydrol resistance).
